Seacam's HD/H1c
Features for the new housings will
be similar to those currently found in all of our housings. Camera functions
are electronic via Seacam's ECM-4 electronic module, and consist of Power,
Record/Standby, Zoom, Near/Far Focus, Data Screen.
The HD/H1c sports a 6.5" optical flat
port, with an optional 6.5" optical glass dome lens available. Both
the dome and flat port lens allows the user a multitude of lens options.
The new housing has a clear
Plexiglas back plate to allow the user to view the 4" High
Resolution TFT/LCD color monitor that comes with the unit. (NTSC/PAL). Why force
yourself to look into a small 1.5" external viewfinder, when you need
to be conscious of what is going around you.
The new housing is designed in such a way,
that both the viewfinder and microphone are removed from the camera to
lower the overall profile of the housing. The housing
will have an amphibious microphone and top mounted handle
for easy transport.
